• Practical specialist and management experience in a corresponding professional field, preferably in the management of building projects in existing buildings and renovations in line with listed buildings
• in-depth knowledge of the planning and implementation of construction measures as well as building regulations, in particular experience in the practical preservation of monuments with all determining elements
• First experience in personnel management, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
• in-depth experience in the development and implementation of strategic concepts

Requirements:

• Management, planning, development and quality assurance of the “construction activities” team with the associated employees in Bonn and Berlin
• Ensuring and controlling the implementation of structural measures for listed and non-listed buildings and facilities, including quality assurance
• Supervision of construction, contract management, acceptance, implementation of project development and project planning, client representation in individual projects, control and securing of strategic objectives across all ongoing construction projects (monument preservation, sustainability, construction quality)
• Complete overview of the processing of project documentation, construction work, statics, approval, construction planning of all ongoing construction projects
• Overview and planning of project financing and fundraising / retrieval
• Advising the management bodies, the department heads - as well as the subordinate employees on strategic issues relating to the property sector - construction activities of the German Foundation for Monument Protection
• Coordination of interfaces to other teams and areas in the foundation; Coordination and securing of the necessary information flows, services and cross-team / cross-departmental processes
• Representation of the German Foundation for Monument Protection on issues relating to the construction work team
