As a team leader (m / f / d) project management building construction, you will be responsible for the management and development of your team and the management of various cross-sector projects at our location in Freiburg.

Your tasks in detail:

• Project management of several demanding construction projects as a contact for our customers and partners
• Responsibility of the internal project management
• Independent management of key accounts, new customer acquisition and network expansion
• Leadership of the team and its further development
• Active control of deadlines, costs and building quality
• Technical, economic and organizational construction advice
• Placement and integration of all Drees & amp; Sommer Group in acquisition and project work

• Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in project management, experience in project management and team management as well as in the acquisition of consulting services in building construction
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel on a project basis
• Continuous network expansion as well as skill and persuasiveness in interacting with different project participants
