Technology Project Manager for AAL / Smart Home in the Health Sector

Better @ Home Service GmbH is a provider of a complete solution consisting of sensors, software and services from a single source, which enables elderly people in need of help or care to live longer and safely in their own four walls. For this purpose, we work with numerous established and regional partners from real estate companies to cost units to sensor manufacturers in order to be able to offer customized solutions.

For the Technology for AAL / Smart Home in the health sector we are looking as soon as possible in full or part time your support as a project manager * in (m / f / d). You will become part of our team and take responsibility for the technical coordination, implementation and support of our projects.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for project management and controlling of our digital / technical projects as well as internal and external communication.
• You design and set up processes in the field of technology and ensure appropriate quality management.
• You work in a customer-centered manner on the continuous improvement of our products / MVPs taking into account the latest technologies (AI / machine learning).
• You work in an interdisciplinary team as well as with customers, suppliers and service providers.
• You communicate regularly, service- and result-oriented independently in a team, with B2C & B2B customers, project partners, suppliers and service providers.

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering and information technology, industrial engineering, computer science or a similar subject that deals with hardware and software.
• You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as in the field of Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) / Smart Home / Artificial Intelligence (KI) / Machine Learning.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of agile project management (SCRUM) and integrate this into your daily workflow.
• You have a strong interest and ideally a technical understanding (AAL / Smart Home, telecommunications, hardware and software).
• You like to work in a small team. A careful and structured way of working, creativity, initiative and a high degree of commitment are among your strengths.
• You have a very good command of German and English as well as confident use of MS Office.
