We are looking for you to join our Traffic Operations team as

Traffic planner / project engineer SPNV as operations planner (m/f/d)

• Your area of responsibility covers the entire range of employee management, from work allocation to the management of training measures and additional qualifications, from feedback meetings to the implementation of disciplinary measures
• You will be actively involved in the introduction and further development of quality management systems
• You create operating and traffic concepts and continuously develop them further
• You ensure the timely creation of the annual timetables and the construction site timetables including replacement services
• You support the safe implementation of proper and proper railway operations
• You optimize our operating concepts, such as B. the planning and optimization of vehicle rotations
• You will accompany the introduction of subject-specific software and then look after it

• You have completed your studies in transport science, geography or a comparable subject
• Alternatively, you have a qualification as a specialist in passenger transport and mobility or equivalent training and have relevant professional experience in local rail transport
• In the best case scenario, you have already gained some leadership experience
• Ideally, you have specialist knowledge and experience in the field of regional rail transport, preferably in operational planning
• You have knowledge of railway operating procedures and experience in the field of quality management systems
• You have a high level of IT affinity (MS Office, ideally IVU.Rail, IVU.Creuw, DatNet, DatNet mobile, FBS)
• Strategic thinking and economic action characterize your way of working
• With your strong communication skills, you find it easy to motivate employees and your team, but also to assert yourself
