unlimited full-time or part-time
Tasks:
- structured instructions and regular support for clients in individual and group settings
- Inspiring, motivating and activating our residents to take on suitable tasks independently
- Support in the development and development of individual skills / abilities of clients
- Participation in the design of the various work areas (wood / carpentry, art and design, building services, metal workshop or housekeeping)
- Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team
- Conducting admission, feedback and therapy change talks
- Regular documentation of the course of therapy and assumption of administrative tasks
Requirements:
- completed vocational training
- Knowledge of housekeeping (hygiene, QM, HACCP) or experience in technical / therapeutic team and group work is an advantage
- Flexibility, a sense of responsibility, resilience and an independent way of working
- Interest in working with addicts
- Ability to work in a team and a good degree of self-organization
- Willingness to take over occasional weekend shifts
