Can I transfer the amount in parts?
As a rule, the amount is transferred in one payment. If your country limits international transfers, the provider allows exceptions; for some countries one payment is mandatory and proof of the source of funds is required.
When are the fees charged?
The set-up fee when your money arrives. The monthly fee runs from the moment the amount is on the account and is deducted from the payouts once a current account is connected.
