Some programmes already close on 30.04 — the earlier we start, the more programmes we can apply to.

Why by dates and not by result: applications start early, and the documents must be ready by spring. A payment before each stage means the work is done on time, not in the last week before the deadline. Less than 6 months before the last deadline of the intake — the late price, paid at once only; less than 3 months — we no longer start the programme for this intake.

Strategy
steps 1–4

Career guidance — tests, homework and an interview (not in the master's programme); an audit and a strategy with a step-by-step plan up to the start of studies and fallback scenarios; selection of up to 10 programmes (for a master's, with a credit check); a document registry: what is needed, in what form and by when.

Preparation
steps 5–8

The curator answers questions on studies, language, achievements and finances — no extra charge for calls. We check every document until it meets the requirements. We bring the CV and the motivation letter to a finished result but do not write them for you: at the university or consulate interview you will answer confidently about a text written in your own words.

Application
steps 9–12

We put the packages together, register the accounts and submit up to 5 applications — via uni-assist, university portals or by post; we arrange the recognition of your education and follow the answers. After a rejection we appeal it or get you onto the waiting list; with an offer we confirm the place.

Relocation
steps 13–16

Enrolment — and re-enrolment if an offer from a more desired university comes later. Visa: a checked list of documents, the blocked account, insurance, the application on the portal. Housing: dormitory applications, checks of private offers and contracts. After arrival — registration, bank, payouts from the account, insurance, residence permit.

All the time

A curator in touch until you receive the residence permit — usually 9–12 months after the start of studies. A postal address in Germany. The guarantee year: if admission did not work out or was postponed, a repeat cycle at no extra charge for our services — under the terms of the contract.

Separately and directly to the recipient you pay the fees of uni-assist, the universities and the consulate, the semester fee, translations and certifications, the amount on the blocked account and tuition, if any. We tell you in advance how much it will be in your case.

up to €400

StudyInFocus grant

Up to €400 — for those who start early and have already achieved a lot. Condition: a contract no later than 12 months before the last deadline of the intake. €200 for each achievement at the time of the contract: a language certificate at B2 or above, excellent grades, wins in olympiads and competitions, or a strong portfolio. We set the amount at the interview and write it into the contract. The grant reduces the last payment or the amount paid at once.

Why this price

All our services included

Visa, housing and a curator until the residence permit — no extra charge for our services. On the market, packages with 3–5 applications cost €2,400–4,200, and the visa and housing are often bought separately.

Via a Studienkolleg — two admissions for one price

University admission after the Studienkolleg is part of the programme, and the whole programme is €3,980 when paid at once. On the market it is usually bought again, under a separate contract.

We work for you, not for the university

Public universities pay no commissions to agencies — so we select programmes only for your goals and chances. Tuition-free public universities and the most prestigious, competitive programmes are open to you — not those that pay off for an agency.

Separately it costs more

The same steps as separate services with 18 months of curator support: after school — from €5,973, bachelor — from €4,135, master — from €4,335, creative — from €5,617 if the competition is passed (otherwise from €7,455). That is the minimum: the programme includes the visa, repeat applications, re-selection of programmes and a curator for the whole period — at no extra charge, plus the guarantee year.

Under €200 a month

The work takes 18–30 months: €3,490 is €120–190 a month for a curator for the whole way.

Need guaranteed admission? Guarantee+ — admission and studies through a network of private universities, Studienkollegs and partner schools, with a refund under the contract if you are not admitted or your visa is refused. These are not public universities and not a tier of the programmes above. From 10 000 € a year, priced individually.

What if admission moves by a year?
We move the work to the next intake — the contract price does not change. If admission did not work out or was postponed, the guarantee year applies: a repeat cycle at no extra charge for our services — under the terms of the contract.
What if I am not admitted?
We submit up to 5 applications and select programmes where you have real chances. If admission still does not work out — the guarantee year: a repeat cycle at no extra charge for our services. Guaranteed admission with a refund is only offered by Guarantee+ — through private partner universities.
Why pay before the result?
Applications start early, and the documents must be ready by spring. Each payment comes before the stage that begins: so the work is done on time, not in the last week before the deadline.
What is not included in the price?
The fees of uni-assist, the universities and the consulate, the semester fee, translations and certifications, the amount on the blocked account and tuition, if any. You pay them directly to the recipient; we tell you in advance how much it will be.
How many applications are included?
Up to 5 universities. Via a Studienkolleg — up to 5 Studienkollegs, then up to 5 universities. Creative subjects — up to 5 universities with a competition and up to 5 Studienkollegs in parallel.
How are you different from «free» agencies?
«Free» agencies earn commissions from private universities and schools — and select what pays off for them. Public universities pay no commissions, so we work for you: we select programmes only for your goals and chances, including tuition-free and the most competitive ones.
How does the interview work?
60 minutes online with a curator: we look at your profile, assess your chances, choose the programme and the intake, note the grant criteria and show the payment schedule. The €97 is credited towards the programme price.
Can I start with a single service?
Yes. «Start» (from €647) — audit, programme selection and the document registry; within 3 months its price is credited towards a programme. Or separate services and curator support (from €69).
