Cancellation and rescheduling

- refund minus fees — If the visa is refused — a refund minus €250 when the school was told in writing before the start and the refusal is shown within 2 months. Postponing up to 4 months is free; no refund after a postponement.
An online booking can be withdrawn within 14 days; a contract signed at the school is binding. After the first lesson many branches let you withdraw within 24 hours — except visa courses. The terms are in this branch's AGB.
