Changing the start date: A change that reduces the services — €50 per change, up to 4 weeks before the start
Visa refusal: refund minus fees — Visa service €200, full payment required. If the visa is refused, a refund minus bank fees, the registration fee and the service fee; once the visa is granted the course cannot be shortened or changed.

Cancellations in writing. A no-show pays the full price; no refund after the start, accommodation cannot be cancelled in the first 4 weeks. Payment within 2 weeks of the invoice.

Schedule

Mon–Fri 9:00–12:15; Intensive adds Tue and Thu 13:00–14:30, Premium adds Mon and Fri 13:00–14:30 in a mini-group. At peak times lessons may move to 14:45–18:00. With some German you start any Monday, absolute beginners on set dates.
