Leisure and excursions
A programme Mon–Fri in the afternoon and evening, a full-day excursion on Saturday (Cologne, Trier, Rüdesheim). Entrance fees included.
Supervision and rules
According to the school, students are supervised all day; in free time they may go out in groups of at least 3. Lights out 22:00–7:00. The camp rules come with the booking. Note: the school's terms (AGB) say did takes on no duty of supervision — including for minors on residence courses.

Cancellation and rescheduling
- Changing the start date
- A change that reduces the services — €50 per change, up to 4 weeks before the start
- Visa refusal
- refund minus fees — Visa service €200, full payment required. If the visa is refused, a refund minus bank fees, the registration fee and the service fee; once the visa is granted the course cannot be shortened or changed.
Cancellations in writing. A no-show pays the full price; no refund after the start, accommodation cannot be cancelled in the first 4 weeks. Payment within 2 weeks of the invoice.
