Leisure and excursions
A daily social programme and a Saturday excursion — in the package with accommodation; the excursion transport is included, entrance fees are paid separately.
- Mon–Fri mornings — lessons 9:00–13:30; extra afternoon lessons as per the course
- Afternoons — excursions and activities to choose from — e.g. a guided tour of the Bundestag
- Evenings — an open-air cinema, karaoke, a «Stammtisch»
- Saturday — a full-day excursion — Potsdam with the «Biosphäre» tropical garden
The programme changes every week. Entrance fees are not included.

Starts can be booked from 2 weeks ahead — that is the time it takes to book the place and arrive.

Cancellation and rescheduling
- Changing the start date
- Rebooking or shortening — €50, at the latest 14 days before the start
- Visa refusal
- refund minus fees — If the visa is refused, the fees are refunded minus a small processing fee
Courses of 10+ weeks: €2,000 when cancelled more than 14 days before and €3,500 later. Courses without accommodation — half of these amounts. A no-show pays the full fee, at most the fee of a 4-week course. Early termination with 4 weeks' notice; a long stay that ends under 10 weeks is re-priced at the regular fee. Riding and skiing can be cancelled free until the Wednesday before arrival. Deposit on confirmation €200 (up to 9 weeks) or €2,000 (10+ weeks); the balance 4 weeks before the start.
