Will I get in
The programme has an admission restriction: the average grade of your certificate, converted to the German scale, decides. The cut-off changes every year — last year's value shows the order of magnitude, not a promise.

The Philosophy-Arts-Media course is designed consecutively. After completing the bachelor’s degree, the course can be continued with the corresponding master’s course. In addition, this Bachelor course opens up further opportunities. In principle, the main subject can be deepened by any master's program in philosophy. Those who want to concentrate more on their minor subjects after completing their bachelor's degree can continue their studies in the fields of art and media studies, journalism or cultural management. Of course, the bachelor is already a first professional qualification. This makes it possible to enter the job market after the bachelor's degree - be it to gain further experience on the way to a master's degree or to establish itself there permanently. The cultural and media sector is the most important, but by no means the only, professional field. A degree in Philosophy-Arts-Media is connectable for many career paths - be it in research, publishing, journalism, radio and television or in press and public relations. Galleries, museums, theaters and other cultural institutions are also possible employers, either in the context of activities in cultural management or also in cultural mediation and adult education. Those who discover and develop their artistic and practical skills during their studies may decide to pursue a career as a writer or for film production.
