If you are one of those technic-savvy persons who want more than limited knowledge and who can and want to work in the classical individual disciplines as well as interdisciplinary, then the seven semester-long degree course Mechatronics is the right choice for you. The program qualifies you for demanding tasks in many areas of engineering, i.e. automotive or medical engineering.
At the beginning of the your studies you will focus on natural and engineering science courses, such as for instance mathematics, physics, engineering mechanics, construction and electrical engineering. In the second year, these technical subjects will be further enhanced and the acquired knowledge in lab works and project phases are practically implemented. During the third year, the practical study term is planned in a company. Thereby you will further expand your knowledge in typical application subjects such as Mechatronics like for instance, automation or automotive mechatronics and sets a new focus on obligatory subjects. The bachelor thesis is a final examination. After a successful completion of the bachelor thesis with the "academic degree Bachelor of Engineering"
