Freiburg University of Education
The Freiburg University of Education is an educational science university with a university profile and the right to award doctorates and postdoctoral qualifications. It conducts basic research in educational science.
Research, teaching and the promotion of young talent are closely intertwined at the university, because teaching and learning are both the core of university teaching and the primary research interest. The intensive networking and interdisciplinary cooperation in educational science research associations within the university, at the Freiburg location (School of Education-FACE) and nationally and internationally must be seen as a special development in recent years.
