The Faculty of Business Law at Schmalkalden University, which was initially founded as a department in 1996, can build on the greatest and longest experience with the Business Law course in Germany. Real pioneering work was done here. The adoption of the concept at numerous other technical colleges and even universities in Germany impressively confirms this.
