SGS Holding Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG acts as a holding company for all companies in the SGS Group Germany. Important corporate functions for the companies are located in the holding, such as the legal and human resources department, quality management and IT, the finance department, marketing and corporate communications. The departments of the holding see themselves as business partners of the departments and initiators for the entire SGS Group, including SGS Germany GmbH, SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH and SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS GmbH.
Tasks:
- You are responsible for the organization, support and design as well as the professional implementation of HR processes.
- You advise executives and work trustfully with works council bodies.
- You formulate and negotiate company agreements and work instructions.
- You deal with issues relating to compensation and labor law.
- You create HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings or terminations and, if necessary, HR analyzes of any kind.
- With the support of the HR administrators, you work on issues relating to time management and certification and are the contact person for the external accounting service provider.
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on personnel and human resources, ideally in business administration, economics, business psychology, or similar.
- You have already gained initial work experience in a comparable position, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment.
- You have in-depth knowledge of German labor and social security law.
- You have experience in working with works council bodies and very good knowledge of individual and collective labor law.
- You are well versed in using MS Office and SAP HR.
- You have a very good command of both written and spoken German and English and are ready for business trips within Germany.
