We are looking for you, as soon as possible

• Implementation - Successive build-up of the Master Data Management division within the Thieme Group as staff position
• Global Master Data Management - Introduction and Continuous Development
• Strategy - Defining and implementing standards, methods, governance and processes for MDM in close coordination with the departments and their strategic development in cooperation with the management
• Requirements Management - Translation of subject-specific requirements into technical requirements for IT
• Employee Development - Conducting workshops and trainings as well as producing the necessary documentation and training materials
• Data Quality - Helping business units sustainably anchor data quality in the data lifecycle and provide regular reporting

• Bachelor / Master in Industrial Engineering, IT, Information Management or a related degree course
• Several years of professional experience in master data management
• Ideally self-responsible implementation of MDM
• Dynamic personality with project affinity
• Analytical and strategic thinking as well as pragmatic problem-solving competence
• Confidence and high social skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at the executive level
• Very good command of spoken and written English
