For our location in Freiburg, we are looking for a division manager for social work.
Tasks:
- Responsibility and management of the entire area of social work in Freiburg and Offenburg
- Economic, conceptual and personnel management
- Development, familiarization, further development and implementation of new concepts and projects
- Public relations and maintaining contacts with offices, authorities and external partners
- Participation in the acquisition of new projects
- Cooperation with public bodies, institutions and cooperation partners
- Technical and disciplinary management of employees
Requirements:
- Completed degree in social work (diploma / bachelor / master) or comparable qualification, completed pedagogical professional qualification with many years of management experience or a degree in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in the field of social work would be an advantage
- Experience in leading employees is required
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of SGB VIII and BTHG
- Business management thinking and acting
- Implementation skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to cooperate and communicate
