This is a permanent full-time position at the Lingen location.
As a product manager * / fashion designer * you are responsible for the development and control of your product groups for our own brands.
Tasks:
You develop, control, plan and analyze your product range independently, including:
- The design of 4 collections per year including the creation of the complete collection documents and all design drafts
- Accompaniment of the product cycle from the product idea to the presentation at the POS (online / offline)
- Responsible range planning, range control and range analysis
- The market analysis and trend research for the assigned product groups and derivation of future trends
- Visits to trade fairs and supplier visits at home and abroad
- Monitoring of your own products using various KPIs
Requirements:
- You have a degree in design and / or product management or a comparable training with a textile background
- You have profound professional experience in design and product management and have very good technical product knowledge
- You have relevant experience in dealing with design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Coral Draw
- You have a good feel for trends and a passion for the EMP lifestyle (rock, metal, entertainment, streetwear)
- You move confidently in an intercultural environment and preferably have experience in product development / product sourcing in Asia
- You have very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
