Tasks:

• You plan, develop and update the study material for distance learning in cooperation with our professors.
• You design and design the implementation of digital courses.
• You will be involved in the conception of courses as well as in the creation and quality control of exams and examination material.
• You support our professors in the accreditation and re-accreditation of study programs.
• You will support the professors in the planning, application and implementation of research projects.
• You will work intensively with professors, internal teams and external lecturers and get involved with them in cross-university projects for the further development of the university.

Requirements:

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in psychology (diploma or master's degree).
• You have good knowledge of the basic subjects of psychology and ideally have good knowledge or a special interest in the key areas of educational psychology and/or business psychology.
• You enjoy working with different groups of people and working with digital media.
• You have strong self-management skills and very good planning and organizational skills.
• You have very good knowledge of German and are confident in using MS Office. Knowledge of common statistics and possibly QDA software is also an advantage.
• Ideally, you already have some teaching experience; experience in the field of e-learning would also be ideal; Practical or research experience is also an advantage.
• A good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods is also an advantage.
