Research Associate (m / f / d)
in the area of genetic engineering
in pay group 14 - case group 1 part I of Annex A to § 12 TV-L
Tasks:
- Responsible implementation of registration, notification and approval procedures according to genetic engineering law
- Monitoring, risk assessment, safety classification and checking (including the elimination of defects) of genetic engineering systems and work of security levels 1 to 4 as well as determining organizational, (building) technical and biological security measures and personal protective equipment in genetic engineering systems
- Technical statements on fundamental and individual matters as well as scientific assessments in the field of genetic engineering, gene therapy, biotechnology, incl. Preparatory work for the technical supervision of the superordinate Senate administrations
- Advice / answering inquiries from operators, project managers, officers for biological safety, from the population, from other federal states on technical questions relating to genetic engineering and genetic engineering law
- Participation in regional and national committees on genetic engineering
