Tasks:
After a committed degree with an above-average degree, ideally in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or IT, you already have some professional experience and are now looking for a challenge in management consulting with an explicitly long-term perspective - unlike others.
As a Senior Consultant (f / m), you will take on responsibility for a sub-project in a project team, from analysis to implementation. You are the contact person for the customer’s employees who are responsible for the project and manage fully mixed customer / consultant teams.
Requirements:
You have at least two to three years of experience in (partial) project management in the banking / financial services industry. In addition to the classic project management tasks, you will also be familiar with the content-related challenges of controlling projects with regard to project planning, risk management, quality control and implementation management. In terms of content, you have experience in designing comprehensive business processes from customer management to processing in existing systems. In addition or as an alternative, you have expertise in the areas of digitization and compliance / regulation at financial service providers. You enjoy the detailed analysis and penetration of constantly changing content-related issues as well as project control and management. In addition, you have developed a deep understanding of the basic business models in the financial services industry, which will make you a valued contact for our customers.
