Our general German courses are designed for participants who want to make rapid progress and improve their language skills. You'll learn intensively and practically in an international environment and can then use the language to work, study, or travel in Germany.

How long it takes to learn German depends on the participant's goal. Our course levels are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and range from A1 to C2. This means you can begin with no prior knowledge and, after just 9 to 10 months of the course, achieve a level of German that will enable you to study at a German university.
The standard course takes place every week from Monday to Friday and always begins at 9:00 a.m. There is a break from 10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
If the school is busy, the lessons originally scheduled for the morning may also take place in the afternoon between 2:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Typically, lessons then take place three times in the morning and twice in the afternoon, or vice versa.
