Curator support
For those who have a plan — after «Start» or their own — and apply themselves or through individual services, but want one person who knows their situation and deadlines
We do
- Every month — a call of up to 30 minutes with your curator, by appointment
- Up to 5 written questions a month in the chat: answered in one message within 2 working days
- A calendar of deadlines based on your plan and deadline reminders
- After each checkpoint — what to do next and which service covers it
You get
- One person who knows your situation and deadlines
Not included
- Document checks, letters, applications, visa documents and a new strategy — these are separate services or a programme
Limits
- The call and questions do not carry over to the next month
- One question — one topic; follow-up questions on the answer are included
- Beyond the limit — an extra 30-minute call for €69 or an urgent consultation within 48 hours for €197
- No auto-renewal: when the period ends, the service ends; you can extend it
Term
For the chosen period from the date of payment; paid upfront.
How it goes
- 1You place the order and pay online
- 2You send the documents and data in your account — possible after the payment
- 3We work and answer questions in the account chat
- 4You get the result: one person who knows your situation and deadlines
What we need from you
Your plan and deadlines — or «Start», after which you will have one
Questions
How is this different from a programme?
Curator support has a limit — a call of up to 30 minutes and up to 5 questions a month — and you take the steps yourself or buy them separately. In a programme, calls and questions are unlimited, and your curator handles documents, letters, applications, the visa and housing — from €2,390, plus a guarantee year¹.
When do I send the documents?
After the payment, in your account. If something is missing, the specialist writes in the chat.
What's next by the methodology
We decide where, when and by which route you apply: audit and strategy, selection of up to 10 programmes and a document register
