Product Manager (m / f / d) for media technology
In this position, as the technical expert, you are an important interface between our customers, manufacturers and colleagues for all technical questions. With a high level of service orientation, you will provide professional advice and thus contribute responsibly to a successful process.
Tasks:
- Internal and external advice on all technical topics
- Exchange with the manufacturers regarding technical issues
- Analyzes and various practical tests of the products
- Planning and independent implementation of product training for colleagues & customers
- Close cooperation with marketing
- Market observation and analysis regarding product developments
- Participation in the creation of business plans and product launches
Requirements:
- A completed technical education or a degree with a technical background
- Solid professional experience in product management of technical products
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Pronounced customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Independent, strategic and customer-oriented way of working and thinking
- Very good organizational skills and enjoy working in a team
