Product manager (f/m/x)
Tasks:
- Responsible support for the entire product life cycle
- Responsible project management in cooperation with Key Account Management
- Support of the KAM in the preparation and follow-up of customer visits
- Communication interface between the customer, design agencies, suppliers and internal interfaces such as purchasing, laboratory, planning, KAM
- Receiving, processing and responding to all customer inquiries and complaints including internal forwarding and clarification
Requirements:
- You have a successful degree with a focus on marketing/sales or a completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally 1-2 years of professional experience in product management
- You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills in dealing with contact persons from different hierarchical levels
- You have good knowledge of English
- A high degree of team spirit, motivation and a structured way of working complete your profile
