About the method
John Holland's career self-assessment method in the Russian edition with 42 pairs of professions: each of the 84 options belongs to exactly one of the six types, 14 per type. We corrected the scoring key against a verified source, restored the professions of pairs 1, 20, 30 and 37 after the 2000 publication, replaced outdated professions with current ones of the same type and added an explanation to every profession. The test is ipsative (a choice of two), so it shows which activities are closer to you than others, not how strong your interests are.
