Карьерные перспективы по завершению программы обучения "Art and Multimedia"

The networking of scientific-reflective knowledge with artistic-design competence guarantees a future-oriented professional training with a focus on artistic-design.

The fields of activity open up wherever the meaning and self-image of the media society are updated, conveyed or reflected upon and therefore responsible, independent, creative and critical concept creators, designers or decision-makers are in demand. The course should prepare students for a wide range of professional opportunities and enable them to switch between different fields of activity in later professional life. The qualification profile conveyed in the Art and Multimedia course is attractive for many professional fields, for example for industrial companies, advertising and marketing departments, media agencies, advertising agencies, event agencies, cultural institutions, services in the multimedia sector, museums and educational tourism.

Учебный план программы обучения "Art and Multimedia"

Many activities require artistic-creative and technical-scientific skills as well as the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. The degree course addresses these constantly evolving requirements. It conveys basic and broadly diversified know-how in the areas of design, media art, digital technologies and media informatics. One task in the digital age is to develop viable concepts for the application of new technologies that enrich our lives and at the same time make them easier. Art and multimedia motivate students to learn new technologies, to try them out in a playful way and to use them meaningfully. Relevant questions can be, for example, the design and use of virtual space or the humane use of artificial intelligence. Another important part of the study program is the theoretical reflection of the mentioned content.

The bachelor's degree in Art and Multimedia also includes aspects of communication. The connection of the course to the study of art education should contribute to reflecting the course content under didactic aspects.

Art and multimedia thus form a basis for a specialization that builds on it or for entry into professional life. In preparation for the world of work, modules in the field of cultural management, design thinking and personal profile building were integrated into the study program. In media design, in addition to the ability to use software in a targeted manner, it is important to have a sound knowledge of the development of digital multimedia systems, in particular programming skills. Only then can a deeper understanding of the potential of the new digital concepts be generated. The technical-scientific area is essentially covered by the compulsory minor in media informatics. Interdisciplinary courses promote the interaction between the two disciplines.
