Students have the opportunity to flexibly structure the content and course of their Master's degree program - depending on whether they are aiming for a scientific career, planning a career entry into the private sector or preparing to work in public institutions. In any case, the students will be advised and accompanied by experienced lecturers during their studies. The consecutive master's program "Business Administration", which builds on the Bayreuth BWL Bachelor's degree, is research-related and at the same time geared towards future areas of responsibility in industry, finance companies and SMEs. The graduates are therefore characterized by their comprehensive specialist knowledge, business methodological competence and an international horizon. The basic module area combines profound business expertise with modern research methods in economics. Building on this, students choose between two training paths:- The "small" well combines two specialization subjects. Options include finance and banking, corporate taxation, marketing, human resource management, operations management, strategic management and organization, business computing, service management, international management, international accounting, technology and innovation management, controlling and empirical economic research.
- In the "major" field, students choose one of the following: Finance, Accounting, Taxation (FACT) with Auditor Option, Management, Marketing & amp; Services (MuSe) or Technology, Operations & amp; Processes (TOP).
