Ожидаемые результаты программы обучения "Business Management"

The goal of the study is to acquire the professional, methodological and social competences in practice-oriented teaching on a scientific basis, which enable responsible acting in companies and society in a commercial or administrative profession. In particular, the program should provide the ability to support the management in all areas of business administration and (after appropriate training) to take on management tasks in business and administration or to be self-employed entrepreneurial. The networking of social and economic tasks and the increasingly international orientation of entrepreneurial activities make it necessary to grasp economic processes against the background of their social, geopolitical and cultural contexts.

The degree program Bachelor Business Administration offers a broad basic education in the business core subjects. Specialized knowledge is taught in two majors. In conjunction with the close practical relevance of the teaching, practical problem-solving competence in an international environment is ensured.

In addition to well-founded specialist knowledge, students acquire social, linguistic and technical skills. Courses in foreign languages, optional semesters abroad and cooperation with foreign universities are designed to promote competitiveness on the international job market.

The students of the Business Administration program first receive a broad and comprehensive basic business education. As the study progresses, students can choose from a very wide range of specializations and thus design their curriculum according to individual preferences. This ensures that students can make the most of their potential, building on a comprehensive overview of business administration. The "diversity" of the graduates corresponds to the demand of the predominantly medium-sized employers of the region.
