The Bachelor's degree in Business Mathematics therefore prepares students to solve complex mathematical problems in professional life that arise from economic issues. In the bachelor's degree, which cannot be chosen as a minor, the basics of mathematics and economics are first taught. In the subsequent specialization phase, in addition to mathematical specialization modules, economic modules are also planned, which can be chosen from the areas of "Insurance and Finance", "Operations & Supply Chain Management" and "Economics".

The particularly wide range of courses enables students to design the bachelor's degree according to their personal inclinations. During their studies, they will also get an insight into the everyday working life of business mathematicians on excursions.

First, you will learn the basics of mathematics and economics in compulsory courses. The course usually ends after three years with a written bachelor thesis.

Both the mathematics and the economics part of the study consist of two study phases:
