Описание программы обучения "Digital Humanities"

These pillars combine in-depth technological knowledge with humanities-related competences. Analytical skills are developed that allow a critical handling of data, which can be processed into media (re-) presentation forms. This includes a review of humanities theses as well as the creation of digital publications and digital tools.

The synthesis of the subjects involved lies in the formation of thought structures that are not bound to a classical subject. Possibilities of informatic solutions for specific humanities problems in the relevant modules of the Digital Humanities are shown. On the one hand, changed perspectives on subject-specific solutions are conveyed, but on the other hand they are also a process that results from the acquisition of knowledge in two opposing disciplines. The field of Digital Humanities creates the framework for this and enables the acquisition of knowledge in concrete ways of synthesis and synergy.
