In the degree program Directing we train independent artistic personalities who can realize their narrative and creative potential in feature and documentary films. Our graduates are able to work as artistic directors in a variety of genres in film, television and new media.Стажировки и практика в программе обучения "Directing"
The interdisciplinary film projects F1 and F2 are at the core of the Directing B.F.A. program. In these non-fictional (F1) and fictional (F2) projects, students are involved in every step of the filmmaking process: from the initial idea and the development of concepts and scripts to production, image and sound postproduction, and editing. Working with students from other disciplines, they assume responsibility for the making of these films – many of which are screened and reviewed at international film festivals.Учебный план программы обучения "Directing"
The B.F.A. program provides students with basic artistic, practical, narrative, technical, theoretical, and academic skills. Students acquire the ability to observe and create. A methodical system of exercises involving the collaboration with other programs allows them to practically test and refine their skills and to develop their individual artistic approach.
The program comprises the following modules: Introductory Courses, Introduction to Film Theory and Practice, Theoretical Module I, Practical Module I, Interdisciplinary Non-fictional Film Project F1, Interdisciplinary Fictional Film Project F2, Theoretical Module II, Practical Module II – Fiction or Non-fiction, Electives, Bachelor's Thesis.
