During your GBM studies, you will acquire the necessary specialist knowledge and deal with exciting questions about the opportunities and challenges of globalization :

An essential part of the Global Business Management bachelor's degree is the mandatory stay abroad as part of a degree or internship. If you study abroad, module group I: “International Studies” must take 20 ECTS exams at a university abroad. An essential part of the Global Business Management bachelor's degree is the mandatory stay abroad as part of a degree or internship. If you are doing an internship abroad, module group I: "International Studies" includes 20 ECTS examinations through a report on an internship abroad of at least 3 months. Semester 1-3: basics
The acquisition of indispensable knowledge of business and economics as well as the required methods from mathematics and statistics, in small groups and within the framework of the basic economics courses.
Accompanying language training (business English and another foreign language, e.g. Chinese, Arabic, Russian or Japanese, but also Spanish or French) and imparting intercultural and social skills (e.g. by processing case studies in the areas of intercultural management and project management or as part of the "Social Day ").
Semester 4-6: The specialization
You will deepen your knowledge and expertise and transfer it to the international context. You also have the opportunity to specialize in one of four tracks and to prepare specifically for professional fields:
- International Finance
- International Operations
- International Strategy
- International Economics
You gain valuable experience in project and time management by independently implementing your own social, entrepreneurial or research-related projects. You spend the 5th semester abroad, either at a university or as part of an internship. There you will learn team-oriented work in an intercultural context, deepen your language skills and expand your international network.
