Globalization, which is steadily gaining influence, offers numerous opportunities for companies: opening up new markets, increasing sales or reducing costs through more favorable procurement conditions.
The Master Global Management therefore focuses on these areas and prepares you further for demanding specialist and management tasks in international companies. In the English-language lectures, you will gain in-depth, practice-oriented knowledge in all internationally relevant management areas.
In addition to this specialist knowledge, intercultural competence and a strong understanding of the respective market are also crucial for an internationally active manager. The system-accredited University of Applied Sciences Hof therefore offers you a comprehensive network of international contacts, the mediation of experience abroad, an optional semester abroad as well as experienced lecturers with some years of management experience - exactly the right prerequisites for your later national or international career!

With about 1570 students the Business Department is the largest faculty of Hof University of Applied Sciences. Competences necessary to solve economic and legal tasks are conveyed with scientific methods and expertise in media design.
You as a student will learn how to take responsibility and how to solve tasks goal-oriented and sustainably. Therefore skilfulness in the selection of methods and decision-making capability is essential.
Thus, besides a high standard of expertise, we attach particular importance to the personal development of key qualifications. We define key qualifications as self-responsibility, team work and performance capabilities, intercultural understanding and adequate behaviour, being able to present and a good knowledge of at least one of the world business languages – preferably acquired by international experience…
The faculties’ professors will guide and support you – characterized by years of practical management experience.
