There are three areas of study to choose from:

• Gastronomy and tourism
• Trade and services
• Production and crafts

The flexible blended learning format, a mix of online study and classroom lectures, offers people with high demands on their time, the opportunity to pursue further studies alongside other responsibilities.

The programme is available as either a full-time or part-time course. Students following the part-time course and structure and determine their own workload.
