Программа обучения "Mechatronics" в University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt

Mechatronics

The Mechatronics bachelor's degree is designed to meet the multidisciplinary requirements of today's industry. This field of engineering science combines competencies from the fields of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering with the area of information processing. The course conveys in-depth knowledge of these areas and also aims to develop the skills needed to implement and supervise engineering projects. Specially developed courses enable students to recognize the impact of technology on the environment and encourage them to act responsibly. With the help of elective modules, students can design their study program according to their interests and interests without compromise. The practice-oriented learning environment of the FHWS enables them to apply know-how and scientific methods to solve engineering tasks independently. The course also focuses on personal development thanks to the range of foreign languages, work in multicultural teams, courses on soft skills and other social skills. The Bachelor in Mechatronics can also provide a solid basis for postgraduate studies.

Карьерные перспективы по завершению программы обучения "Mechatronics"

Mechatronics is a multidisciplinary area of engineering. Mechatronic engineers will find a large selection of fields of activity, such as research and development, hardware and software design, product development, planning, execution and management of projects, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial plants, quality control, marketing, customer service and advice. The job prospects are very good. Possible employers are companies from different industries, e.g. the automotive industry, aerospace industry, robotics, manufacturing industry, energy companies, companies in the field of drive technology, the medical system or also the production of consumer goods. The competences of the graduates, which come from different areas, enable them to take on coordination and management functions in project teams consisting of engineers from other disciplines, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or software engineering. The FHWS bachelor’s course is very practical and practical. The contact of the students with and to relevant companies in the industry during the internship and the bachelor thesis usually paves the way for a fascinating career in a national or multinational company.

Учебный план программы обучения "Mechatronics"

For this Bachelor's degree, a six-week internship must be completed before the start of the course. The course is divided into three phases. During the first three-semester phase, basic and basic modules are taught. The main focus is on the fundamentals of engineering, mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and soft skills. In the second phase, in the 4th and 5th semesters, the compulsory subjects in mechatronics are dealt with. Theory and laboratory events deal with control and regulation systems, measurement technology, actuators, software engineering, embedded systems, design and simulation of mechatronic systems and much more. In addition, in the 5th semester there is also a large selection of electives from areas relevant to industry such as automation, robotics, manufacturing, energy technology and the automotive industry. In the final phase of the course, in the 6th and 7th semester, work is done on practical tasks. Most of the 6th semester is spent in an internship in an industrial company. During the internship, students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge to problems of the company. In this way, they develop a solution-oriented approach. In the 7th semester, a project is worked on, the bachelor's thesis is completed and interdisciplinary laboratory internships are completed.
