Карьерные перспективы по завершению программы обучения "Networked Electromobility"

No one questions that the future of mobility is electric. Even the automobile country Japan has now announced that from 2050 only cars with an electric motor will be registered. Norway even wants to abolish the internal combustion engine as early as 2025.

This change is a huge opportunity for young engineers. Vehicle manufacturers and suppliers are already desperately seeking academically educated electrical engineers to manage and support the change.

The jobs that will be secure for years to come are right on the doorstep: BMW is producing the i3 in Leipzig, its first electric car in series production, and Porsche will also produce e-cars here. In Zwickau, VW builds up to 330,000 electrically powered vehicles per year, and the Transparent Factory in Dresden also serves as an innovation laboratory.

Учебный план программы обучения "Networked Electromobility"

Networked electromobility is a specialization of our Electrical Engineering-Automation program, which offers you several advantages.

As with all engineering courses, you will learn technical and scientific basics in the first year. At Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, you can use these two semesters as an additional orientation phase.

You have a whole year longer to examine your interests, while at the same time building up a comprehensive foundation of knowledge. This allows you to make the choice that is really right for you. Only at the end of the second semester do you choose your specialization from the three specializations Automation-Industry 4.0, networked electromobility and mechatronics.

In the further course of your studies, you will use your interests in a targeted manner and perfect your knowledge. You will learn the theory in small groups, and our practical projects will prepare you perfectly for your professional life. You will gain experience, for example, in the Formula Student Motorsport Team TMM, where you will develop an electric racing car, travel through Europe and use it in international races against other universities.
