In addition to the basic mathematical and physical studies, a variety of laboratory internships are an integral part of the curriculum.

Учебный план программы обучения "Physics"

The bachelor's is the first professional degree. The standard period of study is a total of six semesters, in which various types of courses (e.g. seminars, lectures or exercises) are offered for the individual modules.

In the one-subject bachelor's degree program "Physics", the training focuses on one subject with a scope of 180 credit points.

The physics degree consists of the sub-areas of theoretical physics and experimental physics as well as coordinated laboratory internships. The necessary mathematics training takes place during the first 3 semesters. Elective modules can be freely selected - popular are topics from astronomy, theory of relativity, biophysics, computer science, chemistry and measurement technology. During your studies, you can set your own focus in the following research topics:

  • Astronomy and Astrophysics,
  • Solid State Physics and Materials Science,
  • gravitational and quantum theory and
  • Optics and Photonics.
