The course prepares students for work in clinical psychology as well as for a research-oriented career in the field of experimental cognitive psychology. According to the current legal situation, the entry requirements for a subsequent psychotherapy training are given (status: 12/2016).
Стажировки и практика в программе обучения "Psychology"
A compulsory internship of at least 6 weeks is integrated into the curriculum in order to deepen the knowledge acquired during the course in practice.
Учебный план программы обучения "Psychology"
In the field of clinical psychology and neuropsychology, the students deepen their knowledge of mental disorders and disorders after specific brain damage as well as of diagnostics, therapy and rehabilitation for these disorders. Forensic aspects of clinical psychology and neuropsychology are also dealt with.
The second thematic focus focuses on current topics and works in experimental cognitive psychology in the areas of attention, memory, emotion, cognitive control and social cognition.
Other important elements of the master’s course are the 6-month scientific master’s thesis, a 6-week internship and an optional area integrated into the curriculum for a personal profile.
