Games Engineering
The focus Games Engineering deals with game development from gamification to virtual worlds. Not only the development of games, but also the conception and development of novel devices in the field of sensors and actuators play an important role. Before, however, the art of games engineering - e.g. Artificial intelligence, mobile computing, 3D modeling, animation, games engines is taught, the computer science basics are in the foreground.
IT Management & Consulting
The IT Management and Consulting focus is on enterprise information systems. In order to gain competitive advantage and secure the company's success, it is important to select the right technology and to tailor it to the requirements of the company. Exciting is the work in constantly new projects also in the international environment.
Systems Engineering
The focus Systems Engineering leads away from the administration to the technical application. By means of sensors and actuators systems are developed, which are e.g. be used in robotics. These computer systems of the highest quality are used in the automotive, aerospace and medical technology industries.

Учебный план программы обучения "Software Engineering"
The study program has 6 study semesters and a practical semester: In these 7 semesters 210 ECTS credit points are awarded. It is possible to join a three-semester Master's program in Software Engineering and Management or to specialize in another Master's in Computer Science.
Orientation phase
In the first year the basis for the entire study is laid. The basics of computer science and software engineering are in the foreground. You learn working and communication techniques, business basics and you deal with ethical questions in IT.
Specialization phase
In the second year you examine the theoretical basics more closely, but also expand your view of the first complex tasks in interdisciplinary projects. The mix of expertise, methodological knowledge and social skills that is so essential to project work is demanded and promoted in two large laboratories. Electives from a wide variety of fields offer the opportunity to look into possible application areas "to blow the wind around your nose".
Practical phase
For half a year, the students are in companies and work there largely independently tasks from the real business environment. This is the first touchstone for students as well as for companies. Are the tasks interesting? Do the students have the necessary basic knowledge and can quickly familiarize themselves with new topics? Many a career started here.
Specialization phase
For the past year, students have dedicated themselves to the latest developments in software engineering and comprehensive software management topics to prepare for a team and team leadership role. They specialize in a here focus.
Bachelor Thesis
Finally, you will work on your Bachelor Thesis. A thesis shows that you can not only independently solve a task, but also classify them properly and describe and generalize in a written elaboration.
