Карьерные перспективы по завершению программы обучения "Architecture"

On the way to the Bachelor of Science degree, you will create architectural designs, concepts and studies. Practical work in the work and environment of architectural offices gives you a very good insight into the responsibilities of architects towards the environment, society, history and the client. During your studies, you will also learn to apply your basic knowledge in a targeted manner in the areas of public relations, social sciences and art.

If you are interested in an in-depth scientific training immediately afterwards, the ideal continuation is a professional and advanced master’s degree - for example the architecture or media architecture master’s degree. In accordance with the requirements of the regional chambers of architects, only a master’s degree in the same subject together with practical work experience (usually two years) qualifies you to be entered in the list of architects and to use the professional title of "architect".

In accordance with the requirements of the regional chambers of architects, only a master’s degree * in the same subject together with practical work experience (usually two years) qualifies you to be entered in the list of architects and to use the professional title “architect”.

* According to the current state of information, a 10-semester theoretical study (including partial study abroad) without interruption by a practical semester must be proven for the international recognition of the architecture degree outside the European Union on the part of Unesco / UIA (Union Internationale d’Ârchitects). Professional recognition within the European Union is also possible with a 9-semester full-time study plus a practical semester in accordance with the professional recognition guidelines.

Учебный план программы обучения "Architecture"

The Architecture Bachelor's degree is divided into three consecutive years of study. After the two-week introductory course in the first semester, all students go through a curriculum, which is given a specific thematic dedication in each academic year. This is mainly reflected in the content of the semester projects.

_ The first year of study teaches the basics of performing and designing and the basics of design. The theoretical basic knowledge for the following two academic years is imparted in the accompanying courses.

_ In the second year of study, the structural design and urban planning form the focus.

_ In the third year of study, a semester abroad (so-called mobility semester) at a partner university or an internship in Germany or abroad is planned. You can choose your last semester project according to your interests from the entire range of all professorships.

In the thesis, you work independently on a project that can consist of a draft or the theoretical-scientific work on a topic.

After completing and defending the Bachelor thesis, the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Studies awards the academic degree "Bachelor of Science" (B. Sc.).
