In recent years, logistics has evolved into a field which could easily be described as tense and exciting. Therefore, it is no surprise that some people are drawn to it and more and more research projects are being created to optimize the logistical processes to their deepest layers. The significance of logistics for the corporate success has grown continuously due to various reasons such as the globalization of markets and the value-added supply chains, the growing use of information and communication technologies in the process chains, the increased individualization of products of the customer goods market as well as the deregulation of transport and telecommunication markets. High demands are placed on science, economy and society as growing information and financial flows also lead to greater movement of goods – and hence more traffic with changing infrastructure and rising security requirements.

Study at the hub of European Logistics

Frankfurt am Main distinguishes itself as a central hub for logistics and mobility. You will be hard pressed to find another place in the world, where goods, finance and information transactions are interlinked as ingeniously as here in the Rhine-Main-Metropolis. This Master program combines logistics, traffic and foreign trade topics in a unique manner and is based on a broad IT-foundation. Take advantadge of this particular location and, amongst other things, gain access to the globally unique House of Logistics & Mobility (HOLM).

Within the study program Global Logistics you will deliberate on content involving current research findings and have opportunities to discuss with logistic experts from renowned enterprises.

The master program in Global Logistics guarantees high quality standards

in providing theoretical knowledge in the course of lectures taught by lecturers with longstanding professional experiences

in deepening your understanding through practical application of this knowledge in interactive seminars and a large number of interdisciplinary projects in heterogeneous teams.

You will be studying in small groups and understand content closely linked to business practice.

Besides working on a wide range of current and relevant issues and learning about case-related practical approaches, your studies will be enriched by close co-operation with selected companies.

Furthermore the study program is taught in equal parts in German and English language.

We offer degree courses in the fields of Business Administration, Business Law, Business Information, Industrial Engineering and Management.
