After expiry of the application period and after examining the documents received in step one, the Admissions Committee decides on the admission to the program. In the context of this selection procedure, the Admissions Committee draws up a ranking of the candidates. A number of other criteria play an important role, which are taken into account with the following weighting:

    • 64% grades of previous academic degrees and achievements
    • 16% relevant practical experience,
    • 10% quality of the motivation letter,

The criteria are rated with 1 - 133 points according to Annex 1 variant 1 ZulO. Depending on the availability of spots in the program, the best candidates according to these criteria will receive a provisional admission letter in spring. Spots becoming vacant will be awarded according to the established ranking of applicants which can continue throughout the summer. The final application and rejection letters will not be sent until July for formal reasons.
