Программа обучения Jurisprudence (Law)

Программа обучения "Jurisprudence (Law)" в Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg

Rechtswissenschaft (Jura)

To take up a “classic” legal profession requires, as it is called in the German Judiciary Act, to be “qualified to be a judge”. On the way to becoming a so-called “fully qualified lawyer”, the law degree and then the legal preparatory service, the clerkship, must be successfully completed.

The university law course prepares for the first legal examination, consisting of a university focus area examination and the state compulsory subject examination. In the compulsory subject, it is primarily devoted to the three pillars of law - civil law, public law and criminal law. A first deepening / specialization is possible in the specialization course.
